Core & Pizza Super is a 100% beech log from selected FSC certified crops, of excellent quality, ecological, sustainable, without bark, without any glues or chemical additives, produced with very high pressing for a great radiant heat.

The Core & Pizza Super log produces an excellent reserve of embers for a healthy cooking, does not produce smoke and keeps the temperature in the oven always constant.

18 kg of logs are comparable to twice the best wood, taking up less space and simplifying the management of the oven and stockings.
